We create an amazing sense of size and space in our Tinyhomes with our well-designed floorplans for a smaller footprint. The high ceilings, light interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and large glass doors featured throughout all models make the homes feel larger. By utilising more windows, our homes bring the outdoors in, providing lots of natural light.
Adding an outdoor deck will double your indoor/outdoor living space providing a large entertainment and braai area. Use several units together for extended families, office, or entertainment space.

Tinyhome Africa fabricates contemporary modular tiny home units that are manufactured entirely in our factory and delivered to your site by crane truck. Our lead time is 12-16 weeks.
Units & sizes:
Our units come in sizes of 2.4m up to 11m long and up to 3.2m widths.
From there, units can be combined modularly to create L or U shaped layouts.
What it includes:
Our units include the following, depending on whether you opt for the built in bathroom and kitchen:
Light Steel Frame Structure and Steel base
Internal cladding in Melawood, Birch Plywood or Tongue & Groove
Vinyl Flooring in main living area (upgrade to solid wood)
Bathroom with tiled floor, tiled shower, shower screen, taps, basin, cabinet, toilet & gas geyser
Exterior Colorplus metal cladding, waterproofing and cavity batt insulation
Powdercoated aluminium windows & door (upgrade to S10 solarshield safety glass)
DB board, downlights, outside lights, light switches and plugs
Internal plumbing for kitchen & bathroom
Kitchen lower cabinets, 2 plate gas stove, sink & tap
Add built-in storage bed or additional cabinetry for custom quote
Decking:
Our Tinyhome modules are designed to work well with a covered deck of the same size to open up onto, thereby giving you the additional space for an outside lounge, dining and braai. Decking should be built on site by your local carpenter after delivery.
What Does the Client Have to Prepare:
The client should have level concrete plinths prepared on site prior to delivery (we will send a diagram). Our units are ready to connect to services, the client will arrange the final connection by their local plumber and electrician to services after delivery.
Delivery:
The units are entirely prefabricated in our factory and delivered to site by crane truck ready to connect to your services. The rigging company will come out to quote on the delivery & installation. (Far distances outside of CT will be charged for).
Custom Designs:
We are happy to work with you on a custom design. To design & cost a custom layout for you we ask for a R5k + VAT commitment fee to draw up the floorplans, elevations & windows schedule, CAD program of LSF frame etc.
