Do I need planning approval?
Many municipalities don’t mind you adding something smaller than 10 sqm without planning approval, but best. to check with your council.
Can it be off-grid?
Yes, all of our units can be built to be entirely off grid with solar systems of their own.
Can it be delivered fully assembled?
Yes, all of our units are fully asselmbled in the factory and delivered completed to site in one day.
Can the layout be customised?
Yes, the layout, look and shape are fully customisable, as per all of our units.
What foundations are required?
Small units can stand on level ground on concrete blocks and larger units may need concrete plinths.
